Flame wrench, aka.. Oxygen/acetylene torch
tried that ... as i said cut bolt off and now try to knock stud thru hole not happening ...
Heat the axle around the bolt, then touch a wax candle to the bolt letting it flow into the bolt hole. Then you should be able to knock it out while its hot.
When you said you cut it, you didn't say with what..
As suggested, heat it again and while hot, melt some candle wax into the hole (or where it's supposed to be!) It may take 2 or 3 attempts but it works!

Cut the perch pin/bolt flush with the top and bottom of the axle. Drill a hole all the way through what is left in the axel of the perch, 1/4 - 3/8 will do. Start wailing on it, the hole will allow what is still in the axel to collapse some and it will come out.
