The two rubber pieces fit beneath the mounting "ears" of your radiator, with holes cut to match your mounting holes in the "ears" and frame mounting tabs/crossmember. The bolt/spring assembly goes on as shown - bolt, washer, spring atop the radiator "ears", bolt through the mounting holes, and nut on the bottom. Mine has another washer to go between the nut and the frame mount. The nuts are nylock so they don't back off. Tighten the nut to compress the spring about 1/2 way, leaving space for the spring to take up any "tweaks & twists" in the frame instead of tweaking your radiator.
