    What I can tell you is the only yr a carbed 4.3 was used in Astro's was 1985 and that block still had the casting for a fuel pump.

    Btw-your not telling us what carb you have and what manifold.

    As I think about this more,any efi heads with a 12 bolt manifold should bolt on.The CFI's I think are 8 bolt style which started in Astro's in 1993.The thing is it matters where the 4.3 comes from because it is different depending on which you used as a donor.The example would be ending a certain style of heads 4.3's in Astro's is not the same as the ending of the heads same style in pick-up trucks.Yeah-GM at it's finest.
