I have a 350 bored 30 over with flat top pistons. The heads I currently have to choose from are the stock 183 heads, which I originally planned to use till I get up the money for some aftermarket builds, or some 400sb heads (not sure of cast #).

So which would be better? The higher compression, or the higher flow?
