I have no experience with their product but I do have some experience with their phone service. They are the rudest, least helpful company I have ever dealt with. Their factory is 30 miles from me and I have tried to get help from them twice, to buy their products, and the blew me off both times. I offered to visit their place to discuss it and they told me "don't come, we only sell wholesale, goodbye."

So guess whose pulleys I will never use, regardless of how good they might be.
