I want to replace the fuel filter on my 91 caprice wagon.... It has some rather strange looking fittings that look caged.... I don't want to break anything!
Can somebody tell me how this setup works and if I need any special tools?

It may have the clamps that need that tool to unlock the fitting.
Any Auto supply should be able to help. AZ may have a loaner tool. Had the same issue with 98 Silverado.
Check your new fuel filter,if it comes with white nylon retainers,it's the same as my Olds. First relieve the fuel pressure at te schrader valve on the fuel injection rail. Grasp the black plastic connecter on the fuel line, push in slightly toward the filter, and squeeze in the 2 white retaining tabs, pull off line. There should be o-rings,make sure they are in place,or it'll leak. Hank
