i did a 64 malibu , it had a 10 bolt rear . we built a cheap driver, we didnot narrow the rear axle just mini tubed the body, and got 20 x9.5 w a 295 40 bfg under it no problem , we kept all the rear axle mounting points stock ,just the inner 1/4 wheelhouse.
hope that helpsyes i drove ,the trailer didnot drive it's self
