Temp sensor location: 4.6 L Lincoln

OK...I built this 51 Merc ( NOT "Old Sckool").

It has a 95 Lincoln Mark VIII 4.6L 32 valve DOHC.

I've said this before and I'll say it again: I'm electrically challenged!

Coolant temp sensors: I've found 3 so far but I'm sure they are wired in the ECM.

I'm using Stewart Warner guages and I'm stumped where the temp sending unit should go.

There are two ways you could go with this.
1.If this motor has the crossover tube from one side of the manifold to the other, you could weld a bung in the middle of the tube for the gauge.
    2. You could put the gauge in the upper hose. Cut the hose and use a metal connector and put the sending unit for the gauge in it.
