First I would try Bon Ami.
If that doesn't work you can try wetting it down with glass cleaner and scrubbing it with some extra fine #0000 steel wool.
And if all else fails, wet it down with glass cleaner and use a NEW single edge razor blade.
Usually the Bon Ami works, but it takes quite a bit of elbow grease.
