Want to thank everyone for their efforts.I did find the wire diagram I was looking for.I went to the shop and thought if the motor is bad,that might put the price of this heater out of reach.So I tested the motor and sure enough it needs to be replaced.I priced out that with so far the highest price being $200 and lowest $116.At this point the only thing I can think of is to take the motor to a place I have used for rebuilt starters and Alt's and try to get them to look at it for new brushes and maybe turn the armature.Yeah,I know,it's a long shot.
