Dan likes cutting stuff up, so he has more practice with a cut off wheel and sawzall than me. I think I'll let him do this one for me. (reason number 235 for why we have kids in the first place :p) :D

Check your local tool and fastener shop for metal cutting tools they should have something better. I know their is a metal circular saw, i belieive its red devil brand that cuts real nice! the blades are $50 bucks, but it cuts real nice! i have used the blades in regular saws, but the rpm is too high even though they say they are designed for that app.
I was real shocked that it cut 2x4 1/4" thick tubing like wood, but for only 4 cuts, like i said rpm`s are too high, burned the blade up.
Northern and harbor freight have cheapo`s of the same tool.
Sorry had it way wrong!
MK Morse company, metal devil saws and blades.
Kinda pricey, but well worth it!
Thanks John. I pulled up their website and will call them tomorrow. I tried locating a dealer nearby, but got no results. I'll see what they say.:)

I know they have one heck of a big circular saw at the junk yard.
Oh and it runs on gas.
You could probably rent it some where.
When I use my chop saw I always get the stainless steel blades.
They cut better and faster and take twice as long to ware out.
