I'll be making a cut the length of the reveal, then bending both edges down and welding it up, grind smooth and sand.
from what I've seen in others doing this the rail likes to bow so I'll have to heat and shrink to get it straight again, then I need to build a jig for the body contour, make pie cuts, bend to fit the jig and weld up.Last edited by Thegrappler; 09-20-2010 at 08:48 AM.
