I called Gennie Shifter today.Guess they moved to Denver from out here in SoCal.Hoping to pick on up close by.They don't use a detent button on theirs. No problem installing your own knob.Hurst also makes a cool street-rod style shifter, though only 19" long & it only fits th250,350 & 700r4(Of course, you can get anything for a chevy!)Pricey too,$325.00!! I haven't heard of the B&M shifter you mentioned.Do you know the part # or where I might get one? Anyone know of any other streetrod shifters made out there for a Ford C4? I think a floor mounted shifter would work best for my application. Thanks for any help-MichaelEd ke6bnl@juno.com
