Anyone have a suggestion on the best A/C unit to put in a '56 Chevy with a 350 Motor.

I want a simple underdash unit that does not require any modification of the dash! My main concern is a clean installation that can be reversed without permanently butching up the car. I'd also appreciate any advice as to how to find a good A/C shop that could be trusted to do the installation without butchering the car!
