Kurt, I just watched an episode of Overhaulin' where Chip was doing flames on a car. He did the paper routine with a pounce wheel to put little perforations in the paper, then he put blue chalk dust all over it to bleed through and duplicate the same flames on the other side of the car. Is that what you are planning?
