TPI should be the same as ours, 450-29.6. 450 being cold. 175 is 99 ohms
As far as I know they are made here, or are you thinking of dolphin?

Good Luck, Mine never did after several days of trying . finally replaced it with a Autometer-- Push the button, drive 2 miles , push the button, done
This was covered some time back on a previous thread. I let the inst. go with my coupe when I sold it last mo. Not the best choice for gauges IMO.
Hate to revive a necropost as my first post, but i have a situation with a customer truck that has the tpi tech speedo and 4n1 gauge set. the instructions say one thing, but my options that the gauge puts out are completly different. my list goes as follows:
hold button for 2 seconds, hellow pops up, option list follows like this:
Ser Hrs
Ser Dis
Clr Hrs
Clr Dis
PPgN-Hi
in this menu is a list of numbers that are this : 084100P
PPgN-Lo
list of numbers like this: 050000P
INPUT:
list like this: L N H
Done
in each of the PPgN menus, all the numbers and the end letter can be changed, in the input menu the L N R can be changed.
All the gauges work except the speedo, which according to the instructions should have the option SELF H after pushing the button 3 times, but on mine 3 button presses gets you to the Clr Dis option. I have verified vss signal up to the gauge set but no matter what i change, i get nothing in the form of a response from the gauge.
If anyone knows how to set this, or what i am doing wrong, please let me know. I inherited this project from another shop that gave up on it, and this speedo is the only thing keeping it from being done.
Also, TPI-techs phone numbers have all been disconnected and the web page is down so i have no way to contact them.
thanks in advance
Welcome to CHR. In post #2 Marks914 shared that your ohm range should be 450 to 29.6, where 450 ohms is cold, 29.6 ohms is full range hot, and 175F is 99 ohms. I believe that's the "standard" range for US gauges. If it were me I would visit my NAPA store and check out their universal sender with an ohm gauge at the counter. Failing there I'd call Classic Instruments and see if they either have a sender that works, or can guide you to someone who might. Another option might be calling Summit Racing - they list about a dozen different senders, but their catalog does not give the ohm range.
I'll add to Roger's good list of suggestions and point out that in Mark's post with the helpful data is a link to his email at New Vintage gauges. It would be a nice "thank you" gesture to him to toss a little business his way (if local supplier can't provide).
