Thanks Deuce,
That isn't the same article but it does show a new lip being installed. The article I'm looking for shows the actual forming of the lip on the panel and how it attaches to the factory lip in the top. It may even have been Walden in the article. I suspect now that I should go through my latest R&Cs for the article. Thanks again for steering me in the right direction.
