REGS
I dont see my windshield in the back ground HEHE
It's got sum color
Looks like the same color me and my painter (Larrys Paint And Body) just got thru painting a 40 ford sedan. It was a 67 VW color.
I really like the old neutral colors... no razzle dazzle, metallics, or pearls--just neat paint with a good shine!!!!!
Wow! I like it. Can't wait to see interior colors.
Here's the bullet goin into it.
nuttin fancy, just a little ole 410 incher.
Nuttin radical, but you'll know it ain't no 350 when ya hit the LOUD PEDAL
Very cool pulley system. The valve covers are right on the mark. Are you running breathers on both sides?
Don
I notice you're using a Unisteer r&p. Is this the unit that bolts to the Vega mount? If so, is it worth it to replace a fairly good working Vega box with one of these?
Chassis done, ready to set the body and stuff it together
Body mounted, steering in, ready to throw sum wires @ it and make sum noise.
Don is that all you run for a fan and shroud, and how is it mounted.
Thar's it Denny,If ya got a good rad and a well tuned engine it don't take much!!!
Do all my cars this way and even driving down in the Valley(Phoenix) when it's 110+ they run @ 195-210.
The mount tabs I build and tig weld to the side rails of the rad.
Is yer chassis loaded yet? It's almost Friday.
Don it sure looks great
Its seating behind the trailer in the garage ready to be loaded in the morn. for its trip to Gods country (MO.) and show me rod and custom. Facebook Dick Rodwell last nite and told him the windshield looked great even in the box HAHA. Will be taking pics. of the trip, cant wait. Thanks again Don
My line guy(Bill Knight) stopped by today.
Asked me what I wanted, my response "Do what ever ya want"
Well as usual he hit the nail on the head, with colors and design.
Nice lines! The guy has talent.
Got the Rodwell/Wanlass windsheild mounted this A.M.
It's wired and fired.
Got new shoes on it and 100 miles.
Goin to "Mangus" next week for the Coconut Husk guts.
Picked it up from "my Brother with a differant mother" "Mangus" today.
He hit the nail on the head again.
See ya @ LARS
Love the carpet. How do they make the seat back go taller than yours (like almost over the top). Secondly How long of a steering column, and does manfacter make a diff. Thanks again
The simplicity of the trim job has certainly nailed it and again the whole package has that wow factor that each and everybody strive to accomplish on their own builds. After the show will the For Sale sign go on it to be able to start another hobby build..
