Ohms ???
Now Folks I don't have a clue what a OHM is or what a feller would use one of them for. But I am told that they be important sometimes. I got me one of these multi meters and it has a OHM function ( I think ) and I need to know just how many of them OHMS I have for my Fuel Gauge, as I am replacing all of the gauges in my 49 F1 truck. Anyone got a heads up on how to measure these OHMS on a fuel sending unit???

You will have to replace your senders when you replace the gauges. To test the resistance of the senders, you have to run the engine and know the temp/pressures and evaluate from there.
Most gauge kits (ours included) include all senders that match the gauges
