You sound as if youve been around the caddy's and I have a question. I'm not familar with the caddy engine but theres one for sale around here out of a 72 El Del. I need to know the size of motor and if it can be bored .040 or maybe .060 over. These big engines must have thick cylinder walls. The engine in question smokes bad, over 200000 miles on it but it still runs good. If i'm going to tear it down, I want to know if it can be bored that much.
