I have a mustang 2 setup in my 34 chev and need to narrow the front end for some different wheels, does anyone know if there is a narrower a arm out there for this type of problem? or is there a narrower style spindle? Any help will be appreciated.

Keep in mind you'll also need a narrowed lower control arm too. Heidt's also makes them, maybe others. Depending on what you've got for brake setup you may also be able to pick up another 3/4" by changing brake hub/rotors. Here's what ECI offers; http://www.ecihotrodbrakes.com/musta...nversions.html
When I built my '36 roadster I started with a specific wheel in mind. If you look at the picture below it will give you an idea. The front wheel is a 6 inch wide (which with the flanges makes the wheel closer to 7"), and has a 2 5/8 backspace (meaning a real 4+" to the front). I used both the Heidt's 5/8 narrower arms and the ECI hub/rotor kit to keep the tire properly spaced under the fender. I literally built the car around the wheel specs.
I saw those earlier, as well as some 7/8 narrow ones, I wasnt sure if they were talking narrower (which you would think) or the tublular diameter being 5/8 and 7/8. I thought it would be more specific in the desciption. I sent a question to the seller. Also I havent seen any lower a arms advertised. Havent found a rod shop open today to ask the question also. Heidt's and a number of other suppliers sell narrowed upper and lower arms, I've also used the rotors that Bob suggested, good stuff!!!!!
I can tell you that yes there are a few different options on arm width.
AND I have not seen any "spindle" options that may "narrow" the front.
I also concur with Bob that you must start with wheel back spacing.
Do you know how much width you need to lose?
