Gottal do my fuel line tomorrow, Help Men!!

Well, sorry to be so persistent about this, I just want to be thorough as I will be starting this job saturday. I am running all new fuel line on my 84 camaro. I have 25 feet of steel 3-8 fuel line but am not sure how would be the best way to connect the 3/8 to the tank and to the pump. I bought a bending tool and cutting tool, but have heard something about a deburring tool that I should have. Should I use rubber line for the connections? I thought about putting a flare fitting to run hard line into the pump, but heard something about that not being a good idea either. Could you guys please set me in the right direction? if u decide to ude hose at the pump/tank, just flare the end of the tabing a little with the first step of the flaring tool. That way when u put the hose on and then the clamp , it will not slide off to easy. YThe cutter should have a deburrer on it. Just a pointed thing u put in the tube and scrape off the sharp edge.

Do what Cape Cod Bob said, but you don't need a big flare that will act as a "nipple". Use sandpaper to sand down any sharp edges that may cut the rubber hose. You can use rubber hose to make the connection at the tank and other spots. Use only small pieces of rubber hose, only large enough to make the connections. For the pump connection, the rubber hose should be long enough to provide plenty of flex between the hard line and the pump.

I would double clamp it ,but thats just me ,I am anal about that stufff.
I double clamp all water and gas lines where 2 clamps will fit on and 180 the clamps so that one tightens a different direction than the other one.

But one good thing is I do not have many leaks or hoses coming off....:D
