I don't know what kindof fuel you have available to you, but if the motor is truly 10.5:1 static compression ratio, then that cam is way too small. I doubt you will be able to operate the motor on pump gas without detonation. If I were you, the carburetor would be the least of my worries right now. 10.5 needs a cam with around 235-240 degrees duration @ 0.050" tappet lift.
You have to match the intake closing point on the intake lobe of the camshaft to the static compression ratio in order to arrive at a dynamic compression ratio which will make cylinder pressure that is compatible with the available fuel. **)
Now, if you have E85 available, rock on dude, you're good to go.
Oops, got carried away and forgot the original question. You'll make more hp and torque with a 750 if you have enough gear to get the motor to the rpm point where it can use a 750. If you have a tall, stock-type rear gear, then just hang onto the smaller carb until you bolt in some gear. That cam is gonna want some gear too.....and a looser converter.....

For me 700 -750 CFM .
As for your camshaft yes you could step it up . But as for 235-240 at .050" on a 10.5.1 350 ? Re-check that math .
This 355 has 10.5.1 and runs a 230 dur at .050" .

IMHO it's pretty hard to beat a well tuned Q-jet.

My final gear ratio is 4.56 and right now i am not detonating every thing is running good got really bad traction problems but ill get better tires i just want to know what is a good carb to run to get more power
