    Auto to manual trans swap

going from auto to 5spd trans in 57 chev with big block in 6 cyl position.
Where can I find pictures of the Z bar and linkage hook ups for clutch...I have the
z-bar and linkage, no pivot ball for BB, also was wondering if stock clutch
fork would work in the lakewood bell housing without hitting firewall.
With the super comp hooker headers, looks like some modifications must
    be done also.....................thanks rd

look at lak 15500 that should work for a fork arm or pioneer pnr.cf100 .you just need the Z bar to get a cross from the frame to the block were your pivot ball is in the block the pedal part of the arm should be good you just may have to trim the over all down of the Z bar ? may have to work on one of the levers on the bar ?? .what you should do is haul it up to my shop( not kidding) we can just about make any thing ... and we can fix it all what fun a 496bbc with a blower with a stick

hey Pat, a stick with close ratio gears. Sounds like fun when it all comes
together...If I didn't live 800 or so miles away I would bring it in to your
shop for a look, but I have fundsolow disease at the moment...Appreciate
your advise. I am sure with a sledge hammer, band saw, and welder I can
make it come together....will check with lakewood on that number you
    suggested.............r dobbs
