front axle panhard bar question
My 32 Ford roadster has a Bell 4" dropped front axle with a panard bar. I had an incident and am now replacing the axle with a new Pete and Jakes axle. Problem: the new axle does not have the stud on the front passenger side to bolt the panhard bar to. The car drove and handled great. Question: Do you have to have a panhard bar? Is it neccesary? I know what it does. The axle is already painted, so I really don't want to weld a stud on. What do ya'll think I should do? Thanks EddGod, guns, cars and 1 wife, I would say I have it all.

Thanks guys! It's been a long road. Fun doing finishing work for sure. Getting the dash ready for paint and some interior trim. Have to do some finish work on the aluminum headliner before...
