Summit brand. I've ordered several HEIs from Summit and no problems.
Most recently, I got a new HEI from ebay for the nova's 250. Dunno who made it, but it looks good and runs. $85 delivered.
Education is expensive. Keep that in mind, and you'll never be terribly upset when a project goes awry.
