you know you could plug the ports on the M/C and see if you can get pressure on the M/C. I buy brand new junk all the time. I am just throwing things that come to mine after you post. Got a few friends helping on another site, we are here to fix your problems :)
If you can prove the master cylinder is good---
I use speed bleeders on many of the things I build or modify for folks(others)
With a set of speed bleeds, it is not uncommon to completely bleed out a vehicle like a street rod with under floor mounted master/booster in less that 10 minutes--they cost a few bucks and you need to know what thread size your bleeder screws are , but Napa and others carry them along with Russell from Edelbrock.
OK, I'm starting to get a pedal now. I jacked the front of the car as high as I could. Then took the rear wheels off and dropped the rear on the ground. The started bleeding again. Air came out again. I think it's just air trapped in the lines causing the problem. Then I did just the reverse and got air out of the front. So I will keep at it. I really want to thank you guys for some really great help. I really appreciate it! Thanks again!!
Glad to hear you have it going on. I hope you have someone helping you with this, you know pump pump pump hold, how is the pedal, pump pump pump hold how is the pedal. It took 3 quarts of brake fluid to get the air out of my 66 el camino after doing the disc swap.

You ever heard of a Wagner Power Ball (power bleeder) Use them all the time and never have a problem.:) I am lucky enough to own 2 they are great.
i made a power bleeder out of a quart jar some 1/8 steel line neopreme tubing and a little aquarium valve i had sitting around it works great on a 1st time syst or to flush the old stuff out the line from the bleeder side steel tube is brazed in the lid which goes at the bottom of the jar, the vacume side is also the lid on the top, hook one line to the bleeder screw and the vacume line to a vacume port on the carb,Open the valve just a little . got to be carefull and be quick as it will suck a brake res dry pretty fast, takes no time to fill the lines
