why no good hotrod calendars?

of course there are the free ones you get in the magazines, but I'm talking nice ones. with and without pinups (shop and office versions :) )

for many years my dad, and then myself, got the yearly Ghosts calendar. that is by far the nicest calendar I've ever seen. I still have some old copies because the quality is so good you could take and frame them if you wanted.

I did see an interesting one on zazzle through a google search, I liked that it had a closeup on the top page then the whole car watermarked on the calendar/lower page. but it was 20 bucks!

anybody know of others?

Snap-on dealers gave out a great Hot Rod calender this year, might want to try to track on of them down......

If I had 12 high quality images I could make a calander with Cafe press.. I have a store thru them ( it's free ) and I don't do anything with it anymore. could search this sites gallery for high quality images, and then have ppl vote on the best 14 ( cover, 12 months and december usually carries over on most calanders ).. then I'll create the calander and zero the profits on it and it will end up like $10

Go to your local Automotive paint stores , PPG sent me several different kinds a week ago :)

I've seen the snap-on one and it's nice and ANPAC Chrome Insurance gave out a nice one at one of our cruise-ins.

I found the "Hot Rods" one that Steve put a pic of on his post at a Dollar Store in town!!!!! Some nice cars on it, well, maybe 4...anyways, it's cars....

Someone gave me one called "Abandon Cars of the Midwest" a few years back; I think it came from Old Cars and Parts magazine. That thing had some far out looking old rides in it, wish I had a current one.

I got really nice calenders to give away once and ended up with several boxes left over. They were expensive too and pretty much worthless after about March. I never did that again, I bought stuff like pens and ice scrapers that I could give away the next year.

Big book stores sell a wide variety of calendars.

The HAMB puts out a great Hot Rod calendar every year, but I think they're sold out now.

Thanks guys! I like the garage girls one ;-) I didn't hti0nk about using cafe press, that's a good idea too. I have an account with them as well. my current favorite model needs to shop around for a better company for her calendar vikki blows, I haven't bought her calendar because it looks kinda crappy. maybe I'm just a calendar snob? :)
