These are usually a plug and play installation, not sure why you are having that problem. If the new Gennie parts don't fix it I would then call B &M and see what they think. Also, if you have another TH350 to compare it to you might want to try your shifter on it and see if it has the same problem or is ok.

I second the above opinion. Usually a couple adjustments and your good to go......

Had a similar situation on a 4T60 with a B&M shifter. If the lever/arm on the trans has the wrong pin dimmention (from the sector shaft to the cable mount), the shift quadrents won't line up. How is the shifter in 2nd or low ? Could be the problem. D
