Rattling door latch rods
Any suggestions to keep the door latch release rods from rattling. These are the 1/8' (about a foot long) rods that connect the inside door handles to the bear claw latches, on the inside of the fiberglass doors. The rods fit the connecting holes pretty loosely and rattle a bit, but have to be somewhat loose fitting to keep them from binding. Thanks.

Try a cloth cover over it.

You got it, Dave. Come on over to The Last Fling Til Spring show in West Point NE on the 21st.

You can buy heat shrink tubing from your local electrical supplier by the foot, in a diameter to slip over the rod--don't bother to heat shrink it. It acts as a good anti-rattle trick.
