What does your arsenal consist of? It'd be helpful to know what you've tried first...
My gut says if you've tried all the usual suspects, then try wet-sanding with 1000 grit till the yellow goes away... then up to 2000 grit and polish...
My only concern is that the yellow stain is actually on the aluminum and moister got behind the clear... if that's the case, then you'll have to get down to metal to clean it up then re-coat with clear...
Are you sure you have a gas leak? I had a intake clear powder coated once
and it turned yellow after time, it wasnt from a leak tho
every number in the meguirs scratch cover family, rust remover chrome polish, goof off, a dremel tool with rubbing compound the red gritty heavy cut type, and simple green.
Yes it was difinately a gas leak from the incoming line.
when i have anything stain my metals on my car i use acetone. I do not know anything about powdercoating but it may be worth a try.
