kind of hard to even get paint to stick to chrome without peeling off .
why not take something small like a dremal/roto tool and scuff just the area your wanting to paint ,not grind...> scuff , and make sure you hit the pits real good and use some allsteel or metal two part . Work it as much as you can before it dries then sand it down and paint it ."Whad'ya want for nuth'N, ..............aaa,rrrrrubber biscuit... ?"
