The disc conversion I used on my T was from Magnum Axle. It used the Volare rotors and GM metric calipers. My spindles are 46 Ford.
The kit came with bearing adapters that fit on the spindles so you could use the stock Volare bearings. The bearing adapter also spaced the rotor out about 3/8"(I'm working from memory). Had a different seal from stock Volare, though.
The adapter would be easy to make on a small lathe. You would have to check the space between the spindle face and the rotor to see if your caliper brackets will line up with the Volare rotors.
I can check mine out for some dimensions and the seal number, but it'll be Firday(at the soonest) before I can do it.
Mike
