Looks like a horn relay ?
Tango , Horn still works when unpluged.
Heater relay ?
Seat belt interlock bypass relay, according to my somewhat general '70's GM wiring book. Why it affects the radio fuse is anyone's guess.
It's female connector one black wire other tan. Found picture in book it looks like bypass relay for seat belt. What thru me off they came out with system in 74.
Thanks , appreciate it.:3dSMILE:
TCS=transmission controlled spark. This was a 1970 Emissions idea that was really B.S., the whole idea was give the engine advanced timing (via vacuum advance to the distributor) when it was only really needed, therefore reducing exhaust emissions.
and many links come up to Nova and chevy boards
What stupid idea this was from chevy. Found wiring diagram. Even had tempature switch srewed into side transmission case. Emission Control System what a joke. I took wiring harness out most conection were unplug. Thanks for help.:) :)
No relevance at all to your quest to find a solution, but I think if you double check that temp sender it's really a pressure switch for low and reverse pressures. Also part of that great idea GM was trying.
Nitrowarrior , Your right it's pressure switch. Just another bone head idea.
