41 Willys is right I have a buddy that had 35's resplined to 31's out of an old drag car rear.The machine shop cautioned him about the hardness issue.Sure enough his 400 horse small block Chevy snapped one off at the side gear.Created much debris and now the whole center section is pretty much a door stop.If you think you can...you can If you think you can't...you're right .
