Heres this weeks shop project!!!
Customer brought this in saturday. Previous "painter" ruined the bumpers with his airbrush according to the owner! I gotta fix what he did, but we are also gonna add a "Slash" style dragcar graphic from the nose back, in purple pearl... Its got a 496, runs 5.63 1/8th (he's guessing, as its not been run yet, brand new car). I'll post some more pix as we get it into it. THIS is the kind of work that makes me LOVE what I do!! DonnyIf its not worth doing right, its not worth doing... Donny, MaxxMuscle Custom Painting

Interesting mix of mid-year body and '70ish grille/bumper. Probably helps the aerodynamics.Your Uncle Bob, Senior Geezer Curmudgeon
It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
Luck occurs when preparation and opportunity converge.

Well, here it is!! I took it outside today for the owner to see, still gotta cut and buff... Purple Rhapsody graphic w/grey and charcoal outlines, a few white "speed" stripes in the purple and some faint drop shadowing. Then silvered the bumpers and grills, airbrushed them and the emblems... He's happy! If its not worth doing right, its not worth doing... Donny, MaxxMuscle Custom Painting

Very beautiful. I love to see the work of a true artist. As fast as it looks now, I hope the paint doesn't peel off from the wind blast. lol.
