There were some in big block ford 1/2 t pickups and in mopar Hemi and 440 muscle cars--yours is probably out of a mopar--measure the distance between the bolts in the bearing end that holds the axle. then you can id the pattern from Stranges cataloque
Measure the od of the axle end and the wheel register for the correct disc
Measure how far out the axle sticks( this gives info for correct disc) the brackets match your bolt pattern and caliper pattern

If there web site doesn't have the info have them send you a cataloque
