Take off the '31, make some brackets for the radiator if they aren't already there(Walker Radiators already have them), bolt on the '32. You will have to trim the sides a bit at the bottom if you have 'glass front fenders. If you use a Brookville steel '32 grille shell, you will have to do some metal filler work down both sides and possibly a depression on the top. Also, make sure the '32 insert that you have fits without having to reshape the shell some. And, lastly, the raised ridge on the right side may need to be reshaped a bit. And yes, I'm speaking from recent (very) experience. All that you see in the photos is currently blown apart, primed and waiting for paint.

If you have trimmed the front fenders to clear the 2 radiator hold down bolts, you may see them after the grille shell is installed.Dave
