Some help with photoshop

I know, it's not car for this forum but, if u help my with styling, i will be very very happy.
Here it's the plan:
Windows: Black tint
Color: Metal dark red, or black, maybe strips?
Bumpers: two chrome pipes (==========)
(==========)
In trunk door, backup wheel carier, somtheng like have Lincoln continetal mark IV. Maybe wil be complicated to build, or i just put carier like 4x4's.
Grill, pipes in X formation, and, rear room for rear wheel closed like on Pontiac Safari 50's. Comments, sugestions, new ideas?

It's not really my forte, just now starting to figure it out so i can recolor the truck, but here is a start for you. (gotta figure out how to get the image up, give me a sec.)

And I don't know what's up with the double post on my pix then I tried to fix it and it add the other as an attachment ???????? maybe one of are stealthy ninja mods can fix it when they get time.

Thanks Treekiller, I'll look into those, it would be so much easier than trying to trace things with the mouse. I have also played with replace color, which works good if it is a light color car. the thing that is killing me right now is the fenders on the Effie are black, so having a heck of a time converting them to brown. played with it a bit more last night. this I selected the area then made a new layer, desaturated and then changed color on. there are a few ways i guess, depends on situation.

If you have any tips on killing the black and recoloring to chocolate brown I'd love to hear them.

It's litle boring from my side to u boyz, but, if just make the bumper and rear mud flaps just like i descripe in later post. That's wil be enough. Offcourse, everbody is free to make virtual mods :)

Tree, how do you think a set of '54 Chevy taillights would look on the car?

I'm fearing that mods not be as a suposed to be. If a trow money and looks car looks funny... i'm gonna be such a dickhead.

I'm just making a uneducated guess but I don't think there would be much room after you drop the body and raise the center of the floor .... " you could probably check your tires thru the back window if you installed the meat it would take to put the power to the ground " :LOL:

Alekre: your going to have to go and find a pic of the type of grill your wanting because I don't understand.
Is that the bumpers and sparetire cover your talking about?
(just my opinion) but I'd keep the bumpers and grill you have just move the marker lights, I think that cleaned the front up a little .

About engine, V8, there is tight for 2 liter, for bigger i don't have discus :CRY: I't wil have ~200 hp, and car have 1000kilograms. I't will be fast for our streets.

I really liked the '54 Chevy taillights but added a different lincoln trunk hump, Olds quarters and some newer wheels.

Looks like fun! Cut it up!

Treekiller, I can't believe I never thought of that!!!! and I have a buttload of 51' truck pics that are of other trucks. I'm a bit slow sometimes.

I like that latest touch on the car Aleko, but I would go with a rollpan on the back rather than the tube pipe, just my opinion. take and run your exhaust out the back through the pan.

signshop and treekiller, what do you guys think about the idea of when you do something like this you tell the how of it? As it is when I run into something I need to do I look around the web and find out from other people, but having a place where I can see it specifically on cars and some tips would be fantastic. Just a thought/request of mine.

signshop I was thinking about the techniques. Thanks treekiller, I'm gonna make some time to sit here and play some more and will do that. I spent a couple hours goofing off the other day with this stuff and had a blast. still can't believe I didn't try another truck.

I have idea to this body elements made of polyester or fiberglas. What u think? I'ts easier and cheaper.
