Question Removing Vent Window from 39 Chevy

Can anyone give me step by step instructions or direct me to a site where I can find directions for removing the vent window on a 39 Chevy? The vents don't look too bad on a two door, but mine is a four door and the windows are much smaller, and to my eye they look strange. Just my opinion, though. The window and vent are not in line and the top of the door has to be modified to accept a full size glass. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Vent wings are wonderful for keeping the breeze out of your face. I miss them on the new cars.
