I got my 15.25mm bit in the mail from MSC yesterday, and I finished drilling the holes, and they are the perfect size. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the bit considering I only had to remove 0.0192" of wall thickness, and both of the cutting edges of the bit chipped off rather quickly.
