i did a carb swap and while tuning the carb the car died and would not start ,so i thought the starter went out so bought another one and now when i try to start the car i have to have a jump but still will not fully start and the starter stays ingaged even with the keys out of the ignitoin and will not stop until the jumper cables are off i am confused ,and yes the starter is wired correctly
