    Muffler

Hello, I have Flowmaster "Hushflow" mufflers on my SBC equipped '48 Buick. Let me tell you they are not quiet but do have a very pleasent low rumble if you drive with a light foot...if you get into it the sound level really takes off. I have the heat risors plugged and that contributes to the sound and I will take the intake manifold off and unplug them when I do any more engine work on the car.. they were a lot quieter with the heat risors open. I like these mufflers because the case is stainless and they should last a good long time..
