    which AC for 48 Chevy truck

     



    Have a '48 chevty truck I am working on. It has a SBC 350/350 trans. Any personal experiences with instaling an AC unit? Which company did you use and how well has it held up?.. thanks

    Go to the vintage air web page. They make kits specfic
    for the 47-55(first series) trucks. There is a pic in their
    downloadable catalog.

    Their stuff is good quality and holds up well. ALL aftermarket
    air conditioners have vacuum formed cases but otherwise
    the look nice.
