I have some pics of the cell I put in my Monte project might help some,Is this a street car or full on drag car.8gollen kinda small for street,My monte has a (RCI) pro street12gollen with foam and (GM 90 OMH fuel level sending unit) I think your realy asking how to inclose the cell from inside of car once you have it installed.mines not closed off yet want to put in cage first.you can buy a hold down strap kit for $24.00 from JEG'S or SUMMIT if you don't have the means to make your own.you will have to make a sheet metal Fire wall that seals it from drivers compartment,you need to vent the cell to the out side of car if you sink it in the trunk for clearance any part of the cell stiking out side the body must be inclosed in a metal box made of some thing like 24gage metal.you will also wan't to ground the cell to the frame with a ground strap,look at pics in gallery.
