Ok, so Im pretty sure that the 53/54 Chevys and Pontiacs are the same body, but is anyone POSITIVELY SURE??? I know that the windsheild and side glass is the same. I need a parts car for my Chevys, and I found a Pontiac. Will the doors fit? Front clip(hood, fenders)??

No can help, but I would build the Pontiac, as much less common than the 53 & 54 Chevy, with a Pontiac engine. It's hard to be different these days, but that would be a very cool ride, and different.

I'm thinking the chassis will be the same, possibly the doors, but they may have different style lines. I really doubt the Fenders will be the same, they might bolt on ok, but might not line up with the hood and grill and things like the headlight bezels will be different. If you have access to it, take some pictures and measurements and start comparing. That said, a Chebbie with a Poncho front clip might be something kinda neat and different! Pontiac had some cool stainless and chrome trim.
Back in the 50-60s the GM family cars, while similar, were not just rebadged copies like they are today.
