Hydraulic release bearings -- input needed.
I'm installing a T5 behind a 4.3L Chevy V6 as power for my '23 track T. Because there's no room between the frame rails and bellhousing for mechanical linkage, or even an external slave cylinder, I must use a concentric hydraulic release bearing that fits over the bearing retainer. The prices seem to run from reasonable to ridiculous with Ram being the least expensive to the McLeod which is over twice as much. How about some advice or opinions on these units? Thanks,
Bob

I use the McLeod, they are high priced but work great. The one bit of advise I would offer is to read the instructions and make sure you adjust the clearance correctly... It will trash the clutch if it is wrong.... (don't ask how I know that......)Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!

I saw last night on fb about John. The world sure lost a great one. I'm going to miss his humor, advice, and perspective from another portion of the world. Rest in Peace Johnboy.
