    No power...

Just dropped a rebuilt 350 into my 85 Trans Am, everythin ready to go but I am not getting any power anywhere. The battery is good, the engine and upper/lower frame ground out. But nothing inside the car grounds (inside light). the starter wont even crank over and I'm stumped. Lol.

Just a few reminders. Check the fuses. You've got to have power if the key is on and the fuses are good and it is wired right. Just food for thought.

There is a RED wire that comes from the starter or the battery that goes to your fuse box. If this was left off you would have no power. Depending how the car is wired it may come from the altenator.
