Hello fellow Rodheads. First time poster to this site. I have a 1955 Chev 2drSC that I've owned since '85. I drove her on fair weather days for about 5 years.Unfortunately she has been imprisoned in the garage(dry) since 1990 because of life = marriage, kids, house, etc and seen vitually no use. I am now in a position where I want to get her ready for my sons HS graduation coming in June of 2008.
I thought about doing a frame off resto to original vs street rod. Street rod won out. I just purchased 2003 Z06 vette F+R suspension with spring brakes, shocks. It also came with the Getrag 6 spd tranny/rearend cradle,tube.
I am looking for any info on the application of the F+R suspension to this old girl. Anybody got anything? Thanks BCJake.
