Here are pics of my radiator. With the size of the fans, and the size of the radiator this is the only way they will fit. Without buying new fans, could I put the flat shroud on the radiator, mount the fans like the pic, and put a few rubber flaps in the other areas that dont have fans? I drew a quick sketch of the concept.

Yeah, I meant to take some pictures of the radiator I had made for my '39 Dodge for you, but forgot. Sorry. Your drawing is very similar to mine. I had never seen it done this way, but once I looked it over, I understood the concept. Buy your drawing is very close to it.
Tomorrow night I'll try to remember to shoot a picture for you.

Excelent!! It seems logical. I have put enough money into this project for now, fixed all the safety issues, rebuilt all the running gear that needed it, and I want to use what I have.

Yeah, I posted a bunch over past months, but you would have missed them. Here are some shots of it. I am really itching to get started on it again, but this T is holding me back. Hopefully this Spring I will be able to begin on it again.

Tim: Thanks. It was nice talking with you too. Nice to put a voice with cyberspace typing sometimes. I have to say I did 40% of it. My Son Dan and I started out as partners in it, and he was the driving force and did most of the fabrication. Now that I think about it, I probably did 20% of it. :D :D After awhile he found his Fordor and became interested in that, so I bought him out. When he is working you just stay out of his way and write the checks. :D :D
I'm going to do some measuring and get back to you on those chromies. It is hard to pick wheels for someone elses car, so I want to be sure of what he wants.
Maddog: I took the pictures for you, and my shroud is very close to what you drew. The little rubber flaps are just glued down on one end, and can open up under the pressure of air when going down the road. Hope this helps you out.

Here is the setup in my '71 Jaguar XJ6. The shroud comes in several colors, red like mine, black, blue, yellow, maybe some others. Covers the entire radiator and moves 2500 cfm.
